Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight and destination and are displayed at checkout. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our current promotions for details.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
